my husband and i had a foreclosure 6 years ago , they say that after 2 years you can still buy a house,but fannie mae says it has to come of
our credit all together. there is a judgement in the court house that
was due to come off after three years,this was written in the judgement,
but its still there. help is there any thing i can do to remove this from my credit

All negative items are supposed to come off of your credit after seven years. You may be able to get the judgment removed with a letter to the appropriate credit bureaus. If you have reestablished credit you should be able to get a mortgage after the foreclosure. Try a different lender or mortgage program.
