Hi there again.

Let me just review some info with you. Yes, I need at least $6,000 before the bank will work with me. My home is beautiful and is worth $120,000.
Excellent schools, good location. I owe $106,000 on it. I receive my certified foreclosure info on November 4th. That's all I know for now. Hope someone out there can help me! Beth
