Afraid I might lose the house

I live Manatee County in Florida, We filed chapter 13 a year ago, but the payments have gotten to high and we have gotten behind and we are having a hard time catching up. My husband and I both have recieved very good raises since all of these problems have started, I know we could make the payments if we could just get caught up. I am affraid the Mortgage company is going to try and foreclose again. We owe about 74,000. in the 1st mortg. and about 28,000. in the second. The house is worth about 150,000.00 could be a little more......Please help me save our home Crying or Very sad

I have newer information, to pay off both loans and the chapter 13 it will be about 140,000.00 and our home appraised for 175,000.00, Can you help us now, I really hope so
