| | I am in New Mexico. We have been served with foreclosure pre-work. No sales date. I have worked with Ameriquest from the first month I fell behind, never reaching a "do-able" plan. I have hired a loss mitigation firm but the plan offered is still out of reach. This foreclosure is not reporting on my credit report, but 2 years ago when I refinanced with ameriquest I had another threat to forclose from PHH Mortgage services that does show. I had serious health problems (which are cleared up now) and am self employed (my husband is not, he works for the Federal Government) Things are better now, but "catching up" doesn't seem possible. My credit score is 549, my husband's is 602. |

| | Our mortgage balance is $135, 262. There are attorney's fees. The approximate value is $150,000+. It is on 1 acre of land with 2 outbuildings. |

| | We are located in Catron County New Mexico, the real estate comparables for market value are done with Alpine, AZ real estate because of geographics. |
