1. State the foreclosure home is located in: Lake County, Indiana
2. Mortgage balance: 1st - approx. $80,000 2nd - $21,881.63
3. Value of property: $111,000
4. Foreclosure sale date: unknown

I was in a Chapter 13 which was dismissed, now comes the foreclosure. I am able to make the payments ($511.06 and 202.91 1st and 2nd mtg), however I am not able to come up with the past due amounts($6384.26 and $2357.28 respectively). I just need the past due funds to get back on track.

You do not have enough equity for any foreclosure bailout loans which we know about. If I were you I would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage holder.
