| My name is John R Taylor President and founder of Emelita Management Services in Sherman Oaks, California. I work full time for a large mortgaage company and I come across a lot of good people that are not able to refiance due to divorce, foreclosure sale, and credit problem but are not able to refiance. Most of the home have a lot of equity but can not be tapped into due to the previous mentioned. I would like to be a liason between the custoemr I find and bring to you and charge a flat fee of 5,000.00 per deal.
I just need to get these people to the right person. Maybe they can save their home with no out of pocket expense or roll the closing cost into the loan.
