I would like to talk to someone regarding my dads mortgage payment. House is in Los angeles area he would like to lower his payment.It is to high about $2500 a month.
He is in his 70's and has a fix income so if you can please help.

I am really interested in what is call a reverse mortgage. The value of the house is about $450,000. He owes about $337,000 interest rate about 7.9%

My Dad is not really up to answer questions right now that is why i am going to help him do this. So any questions should be only answer by me When it comes to signing any papers i will want to review them with my dad.
