We are behind in payments due to medical reasons from August and although the lender set up payment arrangements to repay, two payments Western Union'd have not been "located". I received a letter that we had been turned over to the lawyers for foreclosure yesterday. Both my spouse and I are working full time jobs and can pay the mortgage now (without all the fees they are steadily tacking on) The debt is $75,000 and the house is valued upwards of $120,000.
