Hello Everybody,
I am looking for some advice on mortgage closing costs and any other costs or taxes. I am trying to figure out what my final costs will be for a $175,000 house in upstate NY after a 10% downpayment.

Mortgage closing costs typically run from 1 to 5% of the loan transaction amount.
