|  PLEASE HELP...we have been in a chp 13 for about 6 months now and have been paying those pymnts on time along with our current mtg,hoewever we have been struggling these last couple mths with our mtg,we just got relief of stay papers in the mail the other day. our current mtg balance is 110,400.00 our bk balance is approx 70k. We have an 11.8 % rate on our mtg (1120.00 mo) bk pymnt (1369.3 our house was appraised a couple yrs ago for 130k,but dodn't kow what it is now.We would like to refi out of this and start fresh again,we both have good paying jobs,and have been at them for along time,but the dbt load is to much. please help |
