| Hello, Im glad 2 have found this site in my desperate time of need  . I'll get right to the point,I live in ny state(dutchess cnty.) Im 4 months behind in my mortgage pymnts. I recieved a large pack of scary letters last week. (court documents). My balance is $228,000.00, it appraised at $358,999.00 in august. I was in the process of refinanceing when this all went down, needless 2 say i was referred 2 someone else in the office who is now pushing me 2 sell my house  . I dont want 2 sell it is there any hope? By the way I didnt see a sale date on the papers |
