I can’t understand your post. Could you please rephrase your question and limit the use of abbreviations.

Hello, thanks, sorry @ that...briefly then: am 51, divorced, as of 1/06 earning @ $40,000. With credit score of @ 550 myself, with no credit card debt only medical copays and misc. bills totalling @ $2000, student loans of $9000 (not in default), also x's auto repo $6500 which he is fighting as illegal from lawyer so have notified credit bureaus of dispute with documentation (last year, as yet report unchanged), how long will it take, if ever, to establish myself to obtain a mortgage on condo or townhome of value @ $150,000. I have "heard" mortgage difficult to obtain at my age and older without excellent past work/credit history and large savings. My goal to pay all debts listed by end 2006, xcept repo car. How do I best go about rebuilding to have the highest credit score? FYI: Do existing auto loan for next 3 yrs in both names, x stipulated to pay.

Thanks, susan
