I purchased my home last year and 1 month after buying my home I was in an accident causing me to fall 10 months behind on my mortgage. I have been working with the mortgage company but they are now ready to foreclose. I am now able to afford my home because I am returning to work on June 15th, 2005 but the mortgage company wants to much money up front to work with me now. PLEASE HELP!
