I am 57 years old I have a first mortgage in the aount of 35,000 with a 2nd owing of $100.00. I got laid off 2 years ago and was in debt t the tune of about $15,000. I have tried to refiance but I don't make near the same income as I did therefore I am really behind on all. I have tried to refianance but because my credit score is in the toilet I would be paying what I earn each month. My son will refiance in his name for the loan but my roommate is on title with the first will not concent to sign the papers. I thought of a reverse mortgage but I am not old enough. Can you help me out with any solutions?

When was the last time you made a mortgage payment? What is your home valued at? Do you have any income since you have been laid off?

Yes, my 1st mortgage is only 1 month behind but my 2nd is 2 months behind. I am making payments but not the full amount. I am working now but the income is not hardly what I was making. My home is valued at 440,000.

Value of property:
Foreclosure sale date:
When was the last time you made a mortgage payment?
Or you currently employed? How long have you been at your current job?
