We are currently paying a forebearance amount of 2000.00 mo. We are in Chapter 13 and the back mortgage payments were included.Yet, the mortgage co. recieved a relief of stay and then said we were to make up additional payments. We sent 3300.00 tthen 30 days later we were told we were in default. After sending another 3500.00 they agreed to a forebearance agreement of 2094.00 per month. This is killing us. Not only are they collecting from Trustee but they are draining us dry. Due to mortgage issues our credit score is about 600.Property has a current appraisal of 130000 and the balance of loan is 60000. Help,Please We need advice to save our home We have lived here 13 years and are not wanting to start over Thank You Property is in Texas We would like to refinance for a short term At this point we don't want cash back We are able to make our payments due to new circumstances.

Or the two of you employed? How long have you been employed? The only way you can refi out of a 13 is if you pay off all your chapter 13 debt. What is your current mortgage balance? What is the balance of all your chapter 13 debts.
