Forclosure bailout in NC

We own a home in Point Harbor NC. Current mortgage is 53000.00/pmnt 600.00/value is 200000.00/6 mos in arrears/in forclosure/sale set for 2-24/low debt to income/terrible credit/financial situation has been resolved;new job in same line of work;have been in this line of work for 18 years/primary residence. Would like to obtain a bailout loan and addl equity to pay off all debt. Current mortgage is 15 yr at around 6%.
