Mortgage Balance $148,000
Property Value $180,000
No Sale Date Set Yet
I would like to remorgage the house in my husbands name to make the payments affordable, our current bankruptcy payment is $1285.00 Bi-Weekly

| We do not konw of any mortgage lenders who can do this mortgage refinance.
