my house has been forclosed and I can pay back what we are behind ,but we don't have enought to pay all the fees what can we do

Update:
I live in ohio summit county like i send we have the money to pay back
,but not enought to pay the fees that wher add on ,our loan balance is 177,400 and the value of our house is right around 250,000 . we fell behide because I lost me job and was out of work for 18 months when i did find a job it did not pay enough for us to get caught up , now I just got a new job making what we where used to so how do I stop us from losing the house
