| I reside in Michigan and recieved a foreclosure letter yesterday. I owe about 61,000 and my home is worth about 85,000. I don't have a sale date yet but I'm sure it's coming soon. I lost my job and now waiting on unemployment. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

| You do not have enough equity for any foreclosure bailout loan which we know of. If I were you I, would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage lender.
Please keep us in mind in the future!
