Hello...I am 4000.00 behind on my mortgage. The mortgage co. is doing an audit right now and is planning on filing for relief to lift automatic stay in my chap 13 plan. These are arrearages outside the plan. The plan is current. I only have 3000.00 to give them. They have to get a court order first before they can proceed with foreclosure. But I'm still worried. How can I get refinanced. I'm positive my home went up in value but haven't had an appraisal since I bought it in 2000. I paid 83000.00 for it and owe arrearages in the bankruptcy about 2000.00. My income is much better now daughter helps out and i got a nice raise. Can you help? Thanks
