marion county indiana: house is valued @$135,000 : mortgage balance is about $94,000.

Current gross income is $70,000. I am in a chapter 13 with about $2,500
remaining. This started in 2002 and will end in May (Internal revenue service). These payments are $341 bi weekly.

If paid off this would add $738.00 to my monthly income net. Both kids are graduating from college in May and will no longer need any more of my assistance. I would like a 15 year mortgage with payments not ot exceed $1,400/ month.

I do not know of any lender who will bail you out of foreclosure while you are in chapter 13 bankruptcy.
