| The property is worth 165,000. Located in Louisiana owe 103,000 on mortgage. I was making bank drafting notes to the company since payment options were reached in april of 2006. Which I made a $4000 payment and following months of 1336.34 for one year. Then everything would be on track. The company excepted the payments until Sept. Where I received the check back saying that it had to be in certified funds. Now they will not except payment unless the whole amount is payed. They are going ahead with foreclosure. We have totally reniovated the house. Everything is brand new. We just had to put a new a/c two months ago at a cost of $4500. I don't not work I am a stay at home mom. My husband worked on the river and after hurricane Katrina the river was shut down then was slow after that. He has changed jobs and now is in a mangement position. We have sold a rent trailer that was an additional 300 a month on mortgage and then 150 on lot rent plus insurance we had tenets off and on. now we don't have that headach. My husband curently drives a company truck that he can use for personal reasons. His old truck is currently for sale and when that is sold that would free up and additional 645.00 per month. I had a added income of 2,000 per month which is money that my dad gives me for keeping my sister's child. We are just trying to get back on track. Please help us! We don't have a sell date. |
