| Have had foreclosure sale on house in Colorado. Value of approx. $100,000. Sold at sale for $60,200. Middle score is 513. Redemption period ends 2/2607. Is there help for refinance?

| You do not have enough equity for any foreclosure loans which we know about. If I were you I would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage holder. That is your best shot to save your home from foreclosure.

| The problem is - as was stated in the message - the house has already sold at foreclosure sale. There is no way that an arrangement can be made with the lender.
