| I am facing foreclosure, 3 months behind due to staying at home with a extremly sick husband, and added medical expenses. I will return
to work next week. I live in CA 3 bd/2ba owe 226,000 worth between
270 - 310. I want to stay in my house , moving with emotionally devastating to my husband who mental illness also. Can you give me
a brief explanation of a buy out mortgage.
