| Several months ago I got 2 months behind on my mortgage payments and was threatened with foreclosure last month by the mortgage company. (I had tried to make partcial payments several times in the prior 3 months, but they refused to accept it, saying I had to pay the whole amount). I finally was able to talk to someone at the company that helped to set up a payment plan to avoid foreclosure and get back ontrack. I cashed in my IRA and sent them money immediately and setup direct payments out of my checking account for the future. They have recived all 'agreed to' payments since I talked to them. Yesterday, I recieved a notice of eviction (72 hours) from a lawyer and can't get in touch with the mortgage company or the law firm because I got home after 5:00 (on Friday) from work. I'm pulling my hair out with worry over what to do...please help! |

| | This seems like a mistake by the mortgage company. Let us know what happens? |

PHEW! Well, Big mistake apparently...The mortgage company did sell the house and now is trying to buy it back. They are going to offer a new contract when and if they do in fact buy it back. I'm wondering what will happen if they can't (or even if they can), but I'll wait to see and will let you know. |

| not only is the foreclosure continuing, they are still drafting payments out of my checking account. I think I need a lawyer as soon as possible! |
