home is located in Illinois, county of dupage
Mortgage balance $220,000
Property Value $282,000
Sale date - none

I would like do a loan to bring my mortgage current, my wife is going back to work full time after not working for 10 years. I will be able to make payments and pay off the foreclosure loan. She starts full time 11/15/05.

When was the last time you made a mortgage payment? Do you have a sale date?

The last payment was made in September. There is no sale date as of yet. I am basicaly looking for a loan of about $20,000.
