| we have just been notified of foreclosure, but no sale date.
we live in new mexico. the home is worth about 150000
and we owe about 88000. i have tried to work with the mortgage company and they wanted 2700 in december and i sent that to them, but then the well pump and heater went out so i couldn't make the next payment. so now they want 3000. and then start payments of 1500. i can make the payments of 1500 starting in may but i can't get the 3000 by the end of this month. is there any kind of loan that i can get to stop the foreclosure. |
