I see the same old answers: borrow from family, work out something with your lender. But have they actually helped someone get a refi? The proof is in the pudding...

We have been offering free advice for several months now. We have helped a few people with foreclosure bailout loans. Once you help folks they typically will not come back to the forum. You can read the post of a thankful person here.
