Well.....funny thing! I was searching around the net and came across my post to this this forum a few years ago. I am posting to give a little hope to others. After struggling through a very tough divorce(and a VERY poor business decision) I was about at what I thought was the end of my financial ROPE! My commercial property was facing foreclosure and times were TOUGH! Just when I thought all hope was gone, BOY did things change. Just after I posted about my impending foreclosure(in 2005), my property sold leaving me enough profit to COMPLETELY pay off all debt. I am very thankful that the business loan was in my name alone...the late payments did affect my credit score for a while, but my current husband's credit was not damaged. I guess I'm posting to say this....never, never give up! There is always hope!
