Help in refinancing current loan

Currently in a chapter 13; however, recieved notification that they are asking for a dismissal due to non-payment. We would like to try and refinance because between 1st, 2nd and trustee the payment is in excess of $3400. We making a good living and if we could refinance would be able to get back on track and stay current.

1. House is in PA
2.1st=$208,000 2nd=$68,000
3.Value of Property = $450,000
4. No foreclosure date as of yet.

We want to try and get back on track if you are able to help. Our FICO scores are mine 545, my wife 615

The only debt in the 13 is the two mortgages arrears. By refinancing and paying off the loans it would clear the 13. We are both working and have been at our current job for over 3 yrs. We have been in the field for over 18. Please help
