| | my first is currently in default @ $6500.00 including attorney fees (thru the end of Jan.05) i owe 145,000. my second is current to 3/1/05. i owe 35,000. i am behind in taxes (apprx 2 years) 5,000 and have a personal loan on record for $5000.. my bankrupcy was discharged in nov. 04. and hoa 1500. so i am behind 18000. i have been offered 320,000 for the property. i want to save the propery. i have been offered 2 loans for $25,000. first one wants me to sign over 35% joint ownership with no cost for the loan (1-2 years to refi) and pay back 35,000....ish. second one wants 4400 out of the 25,000, then interest only (14.99) 320 per month for 3-5 years with no pre payment penalty. HELP ME PLEASE... i am desperate. thank you |
