| | The home is located in Connecicut, the balance on my 1st mortgage is $111,000 aprox. and 2nd mortgage about $50,000 the home was appraised last February at $170,000. |

| | You are at a 95% loan-to-value. I don't know of any lender who will do a bailout at LTV. |
