| Our home is located in So. Nevada and currently in foreclosure. Balance owed on the mortgage is approx. $84,000... Property is valued at approx. $145,000. The sale date is set for 12-04-06. Long story short, We've faced some serious medical issues over the past 2 years and it's caused us to be in this position. Now that our medical issues are in the past, we are trying every avenue possible to "Save Our Home!". We just want things to be back on track and enjoy our grandkids, while living a "normal" everyday lifestyle. Oh, one more thing, our current mortgage is through a "Private Lender" (previous property owner), not through a mortgage Company.
Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
