Help Please - Foreclosure

My home is located in Myersville, MD
My current loan balance is $156,000
The home is valued at approx $210,000
I have a second for $15,000

The foreclosure date is set for November 7, 2006 -

My employer has been having a hard time and I have been getting sparatic pay checks - sometimes it has been 8 weeks - its hard to maintain a home that way and I got terribly behind. I am seeking other employment on a daily basis, but have been unable to find anything so far. I want to keep my home - I am a single woman and support my daughter and granddaughter - I'm not afraid of work and am even trying to possibly find two part time positions to equal my income. I'm angry, embarrased and scared and don't know what to do.

You do not have equity for any bailout loan which we know of. If I were you I, would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage lender.
