I live in West Virginia. Foreclosure sale is set for 2/25. Owe about 68000 on property. Estimated value is 120000. I have been paying about 200 above my normal payment on a repay plan for about 2 1/2 yrs leading to the situation I'm now in. My financial situation is much better that is was then, so I could easily afford my regular payment if I could reinstate loan. The reinstatement amount is about 7000. Will appreciate any info. you can provide.
