| My ex-fiance and I have gone our separate ways. His name only is on the mortgage - both our names are on the deed. He wants out with no monetary gain as I have paid all of the mortgage, taxes, etc since we bought the house in 1999.
My credit score is below 500 so getting a loan in my name is almost impossible so far. Any ideas on how I can keep my home?
P.S. I am looking for the quickest way to be rid of him as far as ownership of the house is concerned. He may have some tricks up his sleeve! |

| | Which state is your property located in? What is your home valued at? What is the current mortgage balance? |

| The only way to get your ex off of the mortgage is to do a refinance. Or you making timely payments on your credit accounts?
