House being sold April 12, 2005!!

Hi my home is up for sale on April 12, 2005. I fell behind in payments in November due to being laid of from my job. I made an attempt to bring my mortgage current on Feb. 1st and sent full amount via Western Union. I called to make April payment and they stated that I must call the attorney because the house was up for foreclosure, they had rejected my Western Union Payment over 2 months ago, and the sale was coming up in less than 2 weeks. I had never received any notification that my payment had been rejected, so the funds had been just sitting at Western Union all this time. Now my house will be sold in 4 days if I cannot come up with another $3,000 by then. The total amount needed is $6,000. The house is located in Virginia, and is worth around $105,000. Please help, I do not want to lose my home after only one year. I am able to restart payments as usual and bring my account current, if I can come up with another $3,000. Sad
