how should it report

Trying to find this answer and can't. I filed chapter 13 in 12/04 and included are my mortgage payment arrears. SInce then I have paid on time but my cr shows 120days late every single month sinc ethen. Is this reporting right? I was thinking since the past due payments are included in bk the credit report should show was 120days late but show not late since am I wrong?

You need to speak to your attorney regarding this issue. You may be able to get this resolved by speaking to your mortgage company with a letter from your trustee.
