Can anyone advise my DH and I how to go about relocating to another state, purchase new home without HAVING to have a job right away? We will have enough equity from the sale of our home in S. Fl. to put a large amount down plus have living expenses in KY.

Any advise or first hand experience helpful!

If you have good credit you can get a no-doc loan. With a no doc loan you will need 10-15%, as a down payment. The beauty of the no doc loan is you don’t have to provide any employment or income info.
