I have 80/20 loan $108,000 on one and 27,000 on the other, I am behind almost 3 months on the first loan. My husband was out of work and is recently working again. I am able to pay the monthly payments and plan to catch up the mortgage but, my lender is saying that I have to pay all arrearages by the end of this month.

Thanks for all of the information. I have resolved the issue with my mortgage company and do not need you service. Thanks again for taking the time to speak with me and provide me with all of the options that you company has for people needing assistance with mortgages.
