| I live in Baltimore MD. I am currently in a Chapter 13 that will probably be dismissed next week due to missed payments. I am 2 payments behind in my mortgage. My loan amount is about 75K, home is worth about 115-120k and I am unsure of how soon the mortgage company will proceed with a foreclosure.

| If you have missed a chapter 13 bankruptcy payment we do not know of any mortgage lenders who will refinance your loan.

| If it gets dismissed and I am no longer under the proctection of the bankruptcy, can I refi then?

| We do not know of any lenders who will refinance you once you miss a chapter 13 payment.
