| I am currently in chapter 13. My home payments are almost $700. I need to refinance NOW......I have been out of work and just barely getting by due to my high payments not to mention my Chapter 13 payments. Is there any help for someone like me? I am working again but I have got to do something about my payments because I still owe $72K.

| | Or the two of you employed? How long have you been employed? The only way you can refi out of a 13 is if you pay off all your chapter 13 debt. What is your current mortgage balance? What is the balance of all your chapter 13 debts. What is your home valued at? |
