is it harder to get a mortgage on a condo vs single family?

I am looking for advice. I just finished a chapter 13 bk and i am planning for the future. I was wondering if it is more difficult to get financing on a condo than a single family home. I am single, and starter homes in my area are pretty expensive ,so I was looking at condos. I realize with bad credit , I may need a lease purchase or higher down payment, but wonder if those are options on a condo
