I am looking for a program that will let me refi a mortgage in process of foreclosure.

It is in Kentucky
The balance of mortgage is 15000
Value of the Property is appox. 65,000
A sale date has not yet been set since it has not yet been in court.

Reason for getting to this point is the husband was put on disability and is still currently awaiting a settlement and back pay.

We do not know of any companies who can make such a small loan amount against a property that is in foreclosure.
