Jim Cramer’s Mad Money Recap 9/26/2605

Jim Cramer suggested a play on Pike Elec Corp (NYSE:PEC.

As the largest and best-equipped electrical contractor in the Eastern U.S., they serve customers from Indiana to the Florida Keys. Customer service, Equipment, and Training are the cornerstones to our success in the Electric Utility Industry.

They have been contracted to work on the damage created by hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Cramer thinks this is the best of breed electrical services company for two reasons; they are the cheapest in the industry and the have the best reputation.

PEC was trading at $17.88 as of the market close of 9/26/2605

Cramer also suggested a play on Jds Uniphase Corp (NASDAQ NM: JDSU). They service fiber optic networks, which are seeing strong demand from the likes of Asia, Europe and the US. They also are about to complete a 10-1 reverse stock spilt. This will appear to give them a 40% increase in earnings.

JDSU was trading at $1.95 as of the market close of 9/26/2605
