Maine, york county. 248,000. value is 290,000. foreclosure sale date is october 30, 2006. I would like to sve our home. I had 2 family meembers who past away this year within 3 months of each other and I was needed to stay at home to take care of my mother until her death. Iam back to work full time and my husbands income is due to increase in November due to promotion.

You do not have enough equity for any foreclosure bailout loan which we know of. If I were you I would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage lender.
