| Would like to refinance to stop foreclosure.
Property in Winston Salem, NC Forsyth County
104,000 Mort bal
125,000 Approx Prop Value
Foreclosure sale date is Oct 16, 2006
Husband is starting new job and I will be receiving unemployment starting Nov 11, 2006
Property tax value is 101,000 right now, but we are being annexed into the city limits and property value will increase as of 9/30/06. Appraised 3 years ago at 97,000 when property tax value was at 86,000. Property tax value has risen 15,000 in 3 years before the annexation, so I'm sure the property appraisal will at least rise that much. |

| | You do not have enough equity for any foreclosure bailout loan which we know of. If I were you I would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage lender. |
