Need US Mortgage for Foreign Property

I would like to get a US mortgage to buy property in Europe, but I can't seem to find a bank that will let me do this because I don't own any property in the US currently. Fortunately my parents, who have a lot of assets, are willing to be the guarantor for this loan, but that doesn't seem to be helping me. Do you know of any US banks that might consider a loan for $150,000 for property abroad in my situation?

As for as we know US mortgage lenders will only lend in the United States and US territories.
