Please help save our home..

We currently reside in Indiana and have received a notice to cure.
Our mortgage balance is 153,000. We had the home appraised 3 months ago at 200,000. We purchased the home in 2005 for 170,000.
We came across unexpected expenses and obtained short term pay day cash loans, which has absorbed our money and put us in the current condition we are in.
The foreclosure date has not been set at this time.
Looking for answers!!

You do not have enough sufficient equity for any foreclosure refinance loan which we know of. If I were you I would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage lender.
