|  I live in Texas the balance of my loan is 67000 my house is worth about 95000-100000. I refinnanced last year and they made me end up paying more than when i started out. I am behind on my mortage now. I am able to make the normal monthy payments but they paid my taxes for last year and are now telling me my new monthly payment will go up about $750 a month from 550 to 1250. At a payment that high i will lose my home. The taxes were 3300 and they said when those are paid off the payment will go back down but by then the house will be gone. Is there anything you can do to help to foreclosure. |
